An elite U.S.P.T.A tennis/pickleball pro, Rick is part owner of Seascape Sports Club. He was ranked #1 nationally in Men's Doubles Tennis for 6 years, remaining a top player in his age group.

After living in Hawaii for several years, where he finished in the top 7% internationally with Coldwell Banker Island Properties in 2021, Rick returned to California. Leveraging 7+ years of real estate expertise, he guides Central Coast clients with 24/7 availability and personalized service.
